Complete Deep Clean & System Flush

A professional reset without a recurring plan: drain and refill the system, flush it with bath cleaner, add fresh sanitizer and shock, clean or replace the filter, inspect the chiller and pump, rebalance the water, and provide a photo report.

Residential Quarterly (Pay As You Go)

A seasonal reset for owners who manage weekly chemistry themselves. Four deep-clean visits per year, billed individually, with no recurring commitment.

Annual Chiller Maintenance

Sauna care

We provide maintenance, hygiene deep cleans, and repairs with manufacturer-aligned wood care that protects cedar and warranties. Facilities with plunges and saunas can combine both services in one visit.

Wood-safe interior clean of benches, walls, and backrests, heater / emitter panel inspection, controls and door check, ventilation and moisture inspection — with a photo service report after the visit.

Sauna Deep Clean & Wood Care

A complete reset with sauna-safe hygiene cleaning, sweat-stain treatment and light sanding where needed, paraffin-oil bench care, heater-stone inspection and re-stacking, plus a mold and mildew review.

Sauna Repair

$170 service call

Service for heaters, elements, infrared emitter panels, control boards, keypads, lighting, chromotherapy, doors, and benches. Travel, diagnostics, and the first hour are included, with a written estimate before repairs.

Ongoing sauna care

Saunas generally do not require weekly attention like plunges. Wood, stones, and heaters follow a quarterly rhythm, and each plan costs less per visit than the $149 single-visit rate.

Quarterly Sauna Care

Why is billing based on four-week cycles?

A four-week schedule keeps appointments on the same weekday. Calendar months range from 28 to 31 days, which can shift the weekday and disrupt route consistency. Thirteen four-week cycles make up a complete 52-week year.

May I cancel the plan at any time?

Yes. There are no cancellation fees or minimum term. Cancel before the next four-week charge and the following cycle will not renew; the current cycle continues as scheduled and is not prorated.

How are multiple plunges at one commercial address priced?

At commercial sites with multiple units, additional plunges are priced below the first because travel and setup are shared. Custom pricing is available for two or more plunges.

Are repairs included in maintenance plans?

Plans include scheduled care, chemistry management, filter service, and chiller inspection. If a component fails, parts and repair labor are separate; members receive 15–30% off those charges. The service call is waived when you enroll within 30 days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards through QuickBooks, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Recurring plans bill every four weeks, and commercial accounts may use net-30 invoicing.
