Wood-safe interior cleaning for benches, walls, and backrests, plus heater and emitter-panel inspection, controls and door review, and ventilation and moisture assessment—with a photo service report after the visit.

A complete reset with sauna-safe hygiene cleaning, sweat-stain treatment, light sanding where appropriate, paraffin-oil bench care, heater-stone inspection and re-stacking, plus a mold and mildew assessment.

Service for heaters, elements, infrared panels, control boards, keypads, lighting, chromotherapy, doors, and benches. Travel, diagnosis, and the first hour are included, with a written estimate before repairs.
Replacement stones and repair parts are billed at cost without added markup. Oversized and commercial rooms receive a quote before the visit; weekly or biweekly hygiene plans for high-traffic rooms are priced by facility.

Manufacturer-approved, wood-safe detergents. Untreated sauna wood absorbs applied products, so we place the approved cleaner on the cloth rather than spraying the room, which can expose heaters and infrared emitters to overspray.
A manufacturer-approved sauna-wood treatment. A light coat on benches and high-contact areas helps resist sweat and dirt while allowing the wood to breathe.
Heat cycles can crack and weaken stones, while damaged or tightly packed stones restrict airflow. We inspect each stone, clear debris, rebuild the stack with proper spacing, and replace failed pieces with suitable olivine diabase.
We verify heat output from every panel during each visit, identifying an inspection issue before it develops into a larger out-of-warranty repair.
Fine-grit sanding with the grain can lift surface stains and refresh the wood without damaging it.
Before-and-after images of benches, stones, heaters, and identified issues are attached to a report for your records.

For a home sauna, schedule deep cleaning and wood care once or twice each year, with traditional heater stones generally replaced annually. Commercial rooms benefit from quarterly deep cleaning and paraffin treatment on high-contact surfaces, plus monthly heater and electrical inspections.
